Female representation in Belgian start-ups and scale-ups remains stuck: openthebox and Agoria report status quo
An in-depth analysis by openthebox and Agoria at 300 growth companies in Belgium shows that female founders and directors are still rare in the sector, despite all efforts. Only 10% of the founders and a meager 13% of the directors are women.
